One of my co-workers, Debra, had a birthday today. Everybody pitched in and brought something to eat. (I brought sherbet.) I wonder if they know that my birthday is only two days away.

Dad and I took the Supra to Ken’s Pro-Colours on the way home. Ken inspected Dad’s paint job and gave his approval. He shared some of his own experiences and gave Dad some suggestions. Dad picked up a few supplies for his Stag project before we left.

Mom had Swedish meatballs waiting when we got home. Mom and I went to Baskin-Robbins after dinner to pick out a cake. I settled on “Pralines ‘n Cream” this year. I’m quite fond of their “Daiquiri Ice” but I figure it just wouldn’t do for a cake.
